The "Amrhein Foley Group of Southern California"??? No mention of what city they're in? No web presence? Not in phone books? Another invisible LFT-like organization? Will the 8K reveal details of financing? Will they bother to file an 8K? ...Mezz - Bid's still under two. Looks like the street has acquired some skepticism. LOL
