I think it's a good thing that ASDV is held largely by insiders at this time. It gives stability to share price that is stratospheric right now. If major corporate shareholders excercised their options in large quantities, that might be an indicator that things have gone awry. The best thing you can do is watch it very carefuly, and give a call to the IR department. I currently do not own shares in ASDV, but I'm very impressed with the company.

Regarding Johns Hopkins: I attended the School of Medicine in the early 80's for graduate studies. Attending such a school is both an honor and a commitment to excellence. School work and research work is very demanding and getting into such a school means the expectations for a student are very high. If one is up to the challenge, the results are very rewarding. The teaching and mentorship are excellent.

The Homewood campus for non-medical curriculum is located away from Johns Hopkins Hospital. It's a beautiful place and once again the academic environment is very challenging and rewarding.

I recommend visiting the school and meet with an advisor or counselor before having your son apply.

Best wishes to you.
