Well the stocks dropped 50% since they said the insiders were getting 10% of PTEK ventures. And if they split it off then the insders might not get their cut but I would have to think those holding PTEK itself will pressure the company to spin it off and they did say they were looking for alternatives. Once the insders get their cut I am sure they will spin it off since they also hold a ton of PTEK themselves.
