jk,

i'm not an options trader but as past takeover history has shown me that options may not be the best play....my guess and keep in mind it is only a guess..but i feel cs will go after options friday...

which would make a date of 10/25/99 very possible...i have zero doubt in my mind cs will be bought and i feel the deal has to be announced and closed before the new year...so time is running out which makes for a deal very near

what i'm hearing:

bidding war took place ?..yes

players...siemens,nok,gec

price...32

buyer...gec

look at fore and xyln...off the top of my head i believe they both went right after the options expired....i know they bouth went shortly after eanings and we already have that out of the way
