donald,

i was just informed by my broker, Dreyfus, that they are out of qqq to short. I wonder if that is saying anything. I thought qqq is extremely liquid with tons of derivatives to trade.

Nasdaq seems to be driven by internets and telecomm takeover rumors. Is this one form of sector rotation?

FED did not raise rates but is biased. Is it not true that Greenspan cannot unilaterally raise or lower rates mid section unless there is an announced bias in either direction? So Greenspan has the option to "surprise" the market before the next FOMC meeting?

What do you think?

Ramsey
