Spyders such as XLB,XLE,XLK etc. are day tradable.
What are the chances of getting these listed in your symbol index? I want to import these symbols on different quote sheets.

After I have the quote sheets like I want it, how can I save them so if the quote sheet was lost I could bring them up
again?
