TV Guide Interactive: tvguideinc.com The synergetic value of Gemstar's engineering and TV Guide's content will be recognized by the market. Both have complementary global reach and this customer base will be leveraged. This is not linear mathematics in my view. One plus one equals two squared here. Timing was a critical consideration in the acquisition because acceleration of deployment during market infancy will pay multiple dividends down the road. This is brilliant exploitation of this window of opportunity. Anyone who understands Henry knows that he has always been at least one move ahead of the other players. John Malone and Rubert Murdoch aren't letting Henry engineer their respective trains without due cause. My apology in advance for a commentary without supporting facts but logic and instinct are my guides here. Regards Stew
