Your list of symbols can be exported. Right click in the quote window and choose export. It doesn't save your layout, just the symbols. You can store layout formats by using Save Layout. If you want to save the entire screen layout with all the charts, quotes, etc., save the Workspace under a name. You can associate workspaces with CNTL-1, -2, -3, etc.. and bring them up in seconds.
