Ratan:Morgan Stanley's IPOs are the best,you can get a shot at some of their issues through Discover Brokerage,Lehman Brother's issues ain't bad,Fidelity gets some of them,then you got you WITs and E*Trade crowd,I use some or all of them depending on who is got what. I stay away from Bear 'Ass' Stearns issues as almost all their issues are crap.BancBoston ain't bad either.
