Interesting reading,which begs the question,how much stock do you own in EVCM,and is legal action better than selling your stock when you disagree with corporate decisions.How do you spend so much negative energy on these things,sell your stock and move on.You say your negativity has been right so many times in the past then short the stocks you hate don't buy them,welcome to unlimited potential losses when they take off and you have to cover.Everything takes time and in the market there are always delays,its a fact.EVCM had a couple nice runs,did you miss out?There are no guarantees.If you want to run things your way I suggest submitting your name at the next AGM.Best of Luck...
