Feedback from DIET: The website demos continue to result in decisions to make additional changes. The demos are done once or twice a week and continue to show progress, and it may be ready next week, but not promising. The data base they are migrating is a very complex one, which slows down the process. As a programmer I understand that these things almost always take longer than you think. They still intend for the site to be spectacular but the initial release won't have full functionality. It is a work in progress.

They are leaning toward just doing a year-end audit at this point and filing. The deadline is around March-April (I think) and since this year is almost over they decided to save the expense of 2 audits and just do the year end.
I commented that for stocks like theirs (very cheap), becoming fully reporting can make a big difference (I speculated a price doubling) in share price support.

I suggested that he may want to use the investors relations area on their website to occasionally give messages to shareholders to help support the price. He thanked me for the suggestion.

So, the message is progress is being made but these things take time and to remain patient and think long term.
