Russia's utilities are struggling to meet demand. Energy
consumption has soared since May as producers boost production to
replace imports which became unaffordable to most Russians after
the ruble fell about 75 percent in the past year.

Energy consumption has increased by an average 6.5 percent per
month since May compared with the same period the previous year,
UES's Chief Executive Anatoly Chubais said last month.

Messier Paquet you have been completely consumed, to the point that you appear to stop paying attention....Gold move seemingly triggered by CB's action, but conditions for fire
say gasoline were already there, it is not match that counts but gasoline....

So the move in oil, aka Massive Asian consumption, really poor inventories..(god forbid even colder winter)..and yes Russia cutting drastically on exports because of internal consumption and War in Chechnya .....

As for pull-backs after great run-ups, do not be fulled by it again....it is indeed very rare that any industry, internet including makes false move, usually people are not that stupid......(short-covering rallies being exceptions)
stay turned for January-March, VLV-$9, HTR-$32

Good Luck with SKG (it was given plenty of chances, now it is going to be discarded by disappointed people, yourself including to around 10c)

All IMO.
