Joe, and All: My thoughts are consumed by my feelings of frustration with this legal entanglement. The only hope we apparently have is that the litigant grows too old to sign legal requests for retrials and appeals. But then I suppose his young lawyers would just continue on, leaving us little hope for a RESOLUTION of this problem. Perhaps the company should just sell the rights to this stuff and fold (I hope they don't take this to heart). Lee
