All,
So the judge issued a "Summary Judgement Order", yet Mr. Cooper states that "Although there have been delays in reaching a final settlement,...". I'm (luckily) not too experienced at being sued, so I ask: Is this the end of the suit? (barring the usual appeals, etc.)

Is a Summary Judgement Order a verdict or is it a just another step in the process?
