Nononono! Here roadwork is done only in summer. They start--you know, rip everything up--in July. Then like everyone else they go away for August, leaving the mess behind... Maybe they finish up in September, maybe they don't. The only time public works projects were ever completed on time was when Italy hosted the World Cup.
