HAZ - annual's at SEDAR. Note 5. "5. Capital Stock (a) Authorized Unlimited First Preferred shares with no par value; Unlimited Second Preferred shares with no par value; Unlimited Class A Common shares with no par value; Unlimited Class B Subordinate Voting shares with no par value. The Class A and Class B shares rank equally except that each Class A share carries twenty votes and each Class B share carries one vote. The Class A shares are convertible at the option of the holder at any time into Class B shares on a one-for-one basis. The Class B shares are convertible into Class A shares on a one-for-one basis in the event a take-over bid is made to purchase Class A shares which must, by reason of a stock exchange or legal requirements, be made to all or substantially all of the holders of Class A shares and which is not concurrently made to holders of Class B shares. The declaration of dividends on all issued and outstanding shares in excess of $5 million per year is subject to the approval of the Company's principal banker."
