INDEXONLY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. TICKER SYMBOL AMENDED TO IOTIE
BURNABY, BC, Oct. 1 /CNW-PRN/ - Indexonly Technolgies, Inc. (OTC BB: IOTI), a Nevada based Company developing the Internet's most relevant Commercial Business Index with locally based agents, announced today that, as anticipated, the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) has amended the Company's ticker symbol with the addition of the letter ''E''. The amended stock symbol is ''IOTIE''.
The expanded ticker symbol marks Indexonly Technologies, Inc. as a non-reporting NASD listed company that has until October, 1999 to become a reporting Company or be subject to removal from the Bulletin Board until it has met all reporting requirements. This is normal in Reverse Take Over situations, where the original NASD company is not a reporting company. Indexonly is addressing this requirement by preparing a Form SB-2 with its securities lawyers to submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Although Indexonly Technologies, Inc. had been allocated the symbol IOTI, the regulators use the symbol that was in effect on January 4,1999 to determine as to when reporting requirements are to be met. Indexonly had the symbol CSGC on that date due to its previous name of Classic Golf Corp. The NASD's current compliance schedule is as follows:
