Vesty,

Although I am not an investor in this stock, I do watch it quiet regularly (mainly for entertainment's sake). The answer to question, what it might take to roll the stock 1/32, is simply time. Just watch and wait. The volume is usually pretty high (of course the acutal money moved around isn't that great)and the price fluxuates in a very predictable manner.
