Scott, I don't think that today's grant news had anything to do with the sudden downturn this afternoon. It looks like about 60,000 shares to TTP and about 10,000 warrants were dumped on the market at about 2:20 PP -- long after this morning's announcement -- with the predictable effect of knocking down the price. I like the fact that buyers came in immediately and bid the price back up part of the way. (I added a few warrants at 3 3/16 when I noticed the fall in priced and in a quick look couldn't find any reason for it.) --RCM
