William, RE: There's quite a few planned sales (form 144) from insiders for Dell Computer. More than likely, most all of that stock has already been sold. All the filings were from September. Usually, you don't file until close to the day you intend to sell the shares. The actual report of the sale isn't due until the 10th of the following month. In this case, the 10th is a Sunday, so the report would be due on the 11th. Thus, we'll see the sales reported on the 12th, which will most likely show that all of these shares have long since been sold.
