Seems to me, if this company had any concerns over shareholder value, they would have released financial statements long ago...But alas, there must be a stinky fish in financial history,which is being kept wrapped in paperwork and promises...Me thinks this one is headed to the dumper.But who knows,maybe they have issued a bunch more paper and can do another reverse split to bring the price up<g>...DD
