Alright, I plead ignorance (along with the obvious stupidity), can someone tell me why they would lower the "proposed maximum offering price" from $1.00 to .275? If it's a MAXIMUM why not set it up initially to, say $10.00. Does the SEC required the offering to be within a certain percentage of the current price at the time of filing/effectiveness?
