To be honest, I think it's appropriate to almost completely ignore any variations in business that are related to Y2K. It truly is a one time occurrence that has little to do with the long term fundamentals of most businesses. Granted, God only knows how Wall ST. and the public will react to any temporary business problems that occur. They may even run scared in the next few weeks. But I intend to use any silliness (if it occurs) as an opportunity. To be clear I'm not defending the valuations of technology stocks. I think they are insane. I just think investors should look beyond the next few months in general.
