None that I find convincing, but since you seem hell bent on timing, I thought I'd recommend TA. It reminds me of the story about the Rabbi and the Priest who went to a prize fight. Just before the opening bell rang, the Latino fighter dropped to one knee and crossed himself. The Rabbi asked, "What does that mean, Father?", to which the Priest replied, "Not a blinking thing if he can't fight."
