No doubt there is no product, which means no sales any time in the future. If you go to their site, they have an impressive sounding bunch of people, that, at the least, have lent their names to this "venture."

I'm sure interested in learning more about the previous backgrounds of the people in active management.

There are a lot of these research tanks that spin yarns at conferences where there is no economic viability. This is just one of them that may be using a good story for personal gain -- namely, selling stock.

Sure looks that way to me.
