It has not been disclosed how much they have sold but I think they are letting 'em all rip. ABTX's most recent registration statement covered some "make good" shares and that was for 500,000+. I get the feeling they are getting out while the getting is good....or good enough. If they don't average $5 (and they can't be) on this most recent round of sales ABTX will have to make further payment to them. It's almost like a discounted convert, the lower the price goes the more shares ABTX has to issue. The funny thing about it is many of the true believers have been talking about insider buying while all this selling has been taking place.
