I have seen delinquent filer notices on occasion, mostly on the VSE. It can signal trouble, but a lot of times it has to do with lack of organization in smaller companies, financials not being ready to release, and other delays. It is not something a shareholder wants to see nonetheless. Who knows, maybe they have purposely filed late because they are really, really, really good and they want to accumlate shares, and they aren't telling us, and......... [MUST STOP TAKING HALLUCINOGENS, MUST STOP BEING FANTASY ORIENTED.....] Do I sound like a shareholder who is losing it and tired of waiting for something to happen yet?
