Hi John, RE:SPX This little run from Oct. 1 thru today is very similar to the run Aug 10-16, 1999.. That Aug run continued for about 7,8 more days in a rocky fashion up before we had about 4 down days.. The patterns in the index derivatives I watch are very simlar then as now.. WE got a nice KICK start late last Friday and continuation Monday so my stuff shows some momentum.. I hope it plays that way becuase I'm on a roll with short term stocks and I want to play a little awhile. And these Momentum stocks sure track the market. SO if the key to the FUTURES is the past I expect some choppy upwards action to about Oct 18,19 range...Unless AG does something or unexpected numbers show up, thats my expectations.. good luck........coug
