As I indicated in a prior post I used to follow SATI reasonably closely due to their technological prowess in their niche. Used to check in every few months or so...as I do any number of companies. Then I lost track of them.

Now I have found them again, talked to them again and taken a position....in spite of the unclear direction ref remaining a reporting company. In this case I don't care. The present price is semi-ridiculous given what is going on at Siscom. I am going to leave a buy in at a set price for shares that may be discarded as we approach the end of the calendar year.

The possibility that they may not remain listed on the otc bb is real. I do not think that the final decision has been made yet. For those who may have lost track of this company as I did you might want to check in and see what is going on. Since the SEC mandated reporting calendar started w/the A's this past spring there are only two situations that appealed (or appeal) enough to me to hold my shares while the company went (or goes) to the pinks...the first was ADSN (which is now fully reporting and relisted)and now SATI.

Think digital.
