As a shareholder (long-term), I would rather see Apple grows its own way to
be more strong and outstanding. I believe most of shareholders will even
not take a look at what Ellison's propsed price, because the price seems to
be totally kidding with shareholders. It is absolutely believeable that even
the double of the current price (around 19 1/4 to 19 1/2), it is still
difficult to get the case passed by shareholders. If you don't believe it,
have them (Oracle or Sun) try to see how much expectation Apple's
shareholders hold at the current moment.
