The differential is not new news. I would hesitate to infer motivation for sales unless I had an agenda. And, however much they have due them does not imply sale of the whole. Further, as you know, I subscribe to the conspiracy theory. Anyone observing the stock price action, even without level 2, could conclude something looked fishy. If and when the financing is in place, which I believe will be a positive move, the only thing left to attack that is unknown will be the science (which has already begun on the yahoo board) and potential of tax loss selling. It's all out. Neither your info nor your tactics are new. Is the discussed selling disclosed in an sec filing, or do you have other sources of information?
