Although this company has the inherent nack of attempting financial suicide from time to time these have brought dramatic declines and buying opps for this issue.

Does anyone forsee consolidation in this industry?

has everyone sold out and gone elsewhere?

When momentum reached a nearly whooping -6, then money flow drop slows,and the MACD line is last with stochastics to confirm, the bottom seems to be near. I started buying my shares again 2 weeks ago,and as usual i was premature but continue to buy down to these lower levels possibly to 3 3/4. keep an eye on the weekly charting from where the last bottom broke from.

especially after testing the 4.25 previous high of april 98 i got excited with trading at 10x next years estimate earnings. The company said it would meet this quarter nickle/share but one analyst is calling for 4 cents and revised buy reccomendation too.

LCAV is still #2 at Zacks vs a 3 for LVCI my fundamental figures show we still out earn Lvci on per share basis. Sales are higher at LVCI. Assets to debt show +.92 cents per share for LCAV vs. +$2.10 for LVCI. LVCI est earnings are .57 cents for yr end april 2000 vs LCAV at .39 cents dec 2000, remembering we have twice as many shares. This give me a divisor of 2.3 into price of LVCI shares for the estimate of market price of LCAV

good luck to all i am looking for 20 to 25 x next year estimates if earnings are in line or surprises continue as they have been. Also Zacks calls for a 48% growth rate for LCAV vs 35% for LCVI this has obviously leveled off from the rates that have been attained past 2 years but still very juicy( or maybe juiced up we will soon see}

good luck to all

ar.
