You are right Wisam....Got to stop taking those hallucinogens.....LOL Alot of the mining companies that have JV partners or buy ins have to wait for billings before they can file so if a company is late and has JV partners it can be a number of reasons. guess the best thing is to do some DD and call the company.....That may put your mind at ease.I must say that there have been alot of cases where the delay appears to be on purpose and then WHAM........
