KailuaBoy Just for the record....with which Internet company are you the CEO of? You seem so knowledgeable about their issuing new shares as well as how this will affect valuations in the eyes of their investors, before the company itself has aired it's reasons. If you think a fundamental valuation argument is going to make any difference in the mind of the investors on this message board that have just watched AOL's price go from $175 to $80 and back to $120 you are in for a lame battle but I wish you well in your efforts.
