As with any other federal agency they will take action if they find fault. They will take it much faster if there is the possibility of recovery. They need funding as do all agencies. I give them credit for not going rogue on everyone to support themselves as some others have done. TG The bigger the pot the faster the action. ;^) It is only right. Why lose a possible recovery while punishing (to some degree) a corp that no recovery is available.
