Pat,
I believe that once a 144 is filed, the filer has 45 days to sell. I could be wrong (I'm sure John Hunt knows). 144s are not necessarily filed by insiders- officers/large shareholders. There are a number of reasons why stock is restricted and these sellers may have nothing to do with the company now. I don't have access to look at the specifics of 144s:

BTW, regarding the Nortel PR. Remember NUKO from the Robertson Stevens conference? They make the codecs for Nortel :-)
