It's discussed in the recent registration statement but not in great detail. The "make goods" are only done on realized sales. No sales, no "make goods" to be made.

Take a look at the filing. Be sure to check out how June 30th figures into this. Then take a look at the stock chart. And to think you held shares you bought at $7 all through that decline and had no idea why you were getting your head handed to you.
