Daniel--I am not sure where a post on Tokyo Joe admitting front running is. It was certainly copied into posts but he admitted it in a news article. I don't recall the exact words but it was along the lines of "So I front run, everybody front runs."
Are you concerned about his reputation? I will give you a hint, every market savvy person I know can't stand him. I will give you the benefit of your age and tell you simply, that is no role model. He is under investigation by the SEC last I heard and for all I know could do time. A@P would be far better.

When did the SEC's usage of a particular term become the only way one could use it? I wasn't aware that they were a final arbitrator of word usage.
