Actually, I put the blame with the guys at the OTC BB who set up the unrealistic review schedule. The guys at the SEC probably weren't consulted. I just don't see how you can de-list a company that's submitted its paperwork, believes its fully in compliance, and just can't get a timely answer back from the SEC because hundreds of other companies were put in the same boat.
