Only what is written in the news release, which probably means nothing of substance. The acquiror is made up of "entities controlled by affiliates of American Securities Capital Partners, L.P. (ASCP) and CPI's management."

ASCP is further described as "a private equity firm which partners with management teams in acquiring and building companies. The firm has over $500 million of capital under management and prefers to invest in companies with leading market positions."

I hope to get some information from CPI tomorrow.
