Imo this company is not a stock for someone looking for a quick short term gain, but I think it has significant potential in about 9 - 18 months depending on market conditions and their game plan. These 2 factors will influence their major segment - promotional products. However, I think the sleeper is their services business, lead up their upshot division - one of the best ad agencies around - and one of the fastest growing. Strategically they need to:

1. Get more involved in the internet - i would favor an acquisition in this area.
2. Infuse the Upshot culture (very refreshing and very creative) into their internet strategy and into their other ad companies.

I think the real sleeper is Upshot (http://www.upshot.net note - need latest browser to view their site) and how they leverage it. It is small part of company which can have significant influence on future if leveraged with an internet acquisition.
