Any thoughts on the one-day turnaround for the new SB-2/A? Quite a change in shares offered and the "Proposed Maximum Offering" price: 10/7/99 19,344,091 shares @ 0.275 10/6/99 11,435,000 shares @ 1.000 Is the 0.275 only to be used for the "calculation of the registration fee", or is Management actually expecting to be in the mid-0.20's soon? In the past, when they have revised the offering price, it was NEVER below the current bid/ask. Confused, Keith
