Congress(I) is disintegrating because of the autocratic nature of the dynasty. The only way it can come back is if the leadership swallows its pride and go beg all the breakaway groups such as those headed by Mamata, Sharad and Moopanar to come back to the fold, but as long as the insecure Madam or her progeny is in control, that is not going to happen.
