<OT>Isn't that the old BETT (Bookie) stock that has a lot of dealings in Costa Rica and has increased its authorized from 10M to 100M to 200M just this year and screaming short position. There is not a short IMO and even now has a prospectus for like 60M shares at .19 with tons of warrants not to mention like $30M stock offered. This company is in to sports betting (Bookie) ... I do not monitor it anymore when I did the original DD on it plus I did not like now they did a dividend and what not. I passed, because this should not be tickered at BETT or ECNC but the perfect ticker would be DILU. :-) GB
