I can't take Tylenol PM either for the same reason, although if I have several bad nights in a row I take one, never two. I credit the sleeping through the night with the topical steroids that already are clearing up my cough and so I'm not choking to death in the middle of the night, coupled with Dan's being out of town and the consequent quiet. (Don't tell him I said that) Can't alcohol consumption have something to do with your not sleeping well?
