Based on this chart NARV looks ready to move up some more but I don't believe you will see a $27 point move right away. You have an macd buy signal which happened yesterday which means it should continue to rise more from this level. There are some other signals that say the stock is nearing a technical top and needs to recycle before it can resume it's move up. askresearch.com The stock has some support at $10 1/2 and good support at $9 1/2.
