Sedona Systems Cancels the PDC Deal PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1999--Sedona Systems Corporation (OTC BB:CJMT) announced today that the previously announced plan to acquire Print Data Corp., a leading distributor of business forms, commercial printing, computer supplies and services is being canceled. The two companies had recently negotiated and signed a Memorandum of Understanding as of September 7th. That MOU is now being canceled. "We are disappointed that the transaction did not come together as planned yet we remain confident that our "rollup" strategy along the upcoming launch of INKUNET will provide a substantial opportunity for our investors." stated Norm Clarke, Vice President of Sedona Systems. The company also states that it will become listed on the National Quotation Systems ("electronic pink sheets") for the next few months while its files its "Form 10" for NASDAQ to become a "reporting bulletin board company".
