I never stated that I purchased in the 7's during it's '99 visit there. I would suspect you might have heard it from someone else and confused the person with me.
How I trade is my business. You never knew of any of my trades. You assume too much in that regard. Wait, "assume" is incorrect; you are fabricating.
The filing is an uncomfortable read. However, I'll go with Rice's determination that the transaction has value. That the principals' choose to unload, well, I won't impute motivation to them. But it is not heartening on it's face.
You assume the worst so you focus on the effect of tax loss selling. However, that discounts any positive developments and the January effect.
I still hold, however, that your continued involvement with this company is more a personal issue than a fundamental one. There are just too many other more promising short candidates than abtx. But to each his own. As a short I would have left abtx behind already and moved on.
That is the difference between a position and an agenda.
