Dennis, As I have mentioned, the SECTOR ROTATION is an ANOMOLY/ABNORMALITY which will eventually get resolved/corrected. When, I dont know, but in the mean time just play the strong and weak sectors accordingly. My belief is that we will be able to determine the end of this anomoly of SECTOR ROTATION when the market internals significantly and consistently supports a rally. None of this stuff where the DOW is up 200 points and the ADVANCEs outnumber the DECLINES by a few hundred, or with the NEW LOWs above 100. More like the ADVANCES outnumbering the the DECLINERS by 3:1 or better, and with the NEW HIGHs near 200 and the NEW LOWs below 50. I just feel there is too much guessing/talk/comparisons towards both CRASH/UP-CRASH. Seeya
