What do people think the merger, spin-off and partnership announcements. The whole business model just changed. Certainly MACR did this because they believe it bodes for a bright future. The spin-off I view quite positively. As for the merger and partnerships, the future revenue and profit picture is less clear. The business model has changed and I have found little guidance as to how. The only certainty seems to be lower ST profits. Any ideas on the how and when for the LT effects? Lee
